Homeschool classes will come together in small group ensembles of 5 to 7 children.  Children will learn fundamentals of music while learning to sing and play a variety of classroom instruments.  Parents are welcome to drop their child off or stay and meet with other grown-ups while class is in session. Miss Kasie designs her lessons specifically around the ability level of each participant.  All kids will feel included, special and excited to come back each week throughout the year!  The goal will be for kids to work together each week throughout the year to create beautiful small ensembles to showcase at either an end of year small performance or through small recordings throughout the year. This class will be a one year commitment. Materials and resources will be provided throughout the year.

• Welcome songs & warm-ups

• Small group musical ensembles

• Learning to read musical notation

• Singing popular, folk, classical songs

• Story time

• Movement songs and games

• Instruments: egg shakers, scarves, parachutes, rhythm sticks, boom whackers, hand chimes/bells and more.
